Commitment

Our commitment

ACCO-AI LTD is committed to making the ac-co.ai service accessible to as many people as possible, including users of assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the web application, and we treat accessibility as part of how we build, not an afterthought.
Standard

Conformance status

The ac-co.ai web application is designed to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. 'Substantially conformant' means most of the service meets the standard while we continue to identify and fix the areas listed below.

Accessibility is part of our build process: components from our shared design system carry semantic markup, visible focus states, keyboard support and labelled controls, and we test colour contrast against the AA thresholds.

Features

What we provide

  • Keyboard navigation for interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Labelled form fields with inline error messages tied to their inputs.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive tech.
  • Light and dark themes that maintain AA-level contrast.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow without loss of content down to small screens.
Known limitations

Areas we are still improving

  • Some complex data tables and charts (for example, tax-calculation breakdowns) are being enhanced with fuller screen-reader summaries.
  • A small number of legacy components are being migrated to the accessible shared design system.
Feedback

Reporting a problem

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, contact us at support@ac-co.ai. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using so we can reproduce and fix the issue.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five working days.
