Your documents, parsed and searchable .
Drop a document in, or import it from Dropbox, Drive or email, and Vault reads it — tags it, files it, and lets you ask questions about it later instead of opening every PDF to find one number. AI parsing is a metered action: small, everyday parses just run; a larger job asks you to approve the cost first.
From connected to filed, in four moves.
Everything this plan files, keeps and tells you.
Files for you
Vault stores what the other modules file.
- Nothing on its ownVault stores what other modules file — signed documents, receipts, statements — in one searchable place.
Keeps for you
Every document, searchable by what is inside it.
- Every document, with the figure it fedSearchable by name, tag or content, not just a filename.
Tells you
What is missing before a filing goes out.
- What's missing before a filingProcessing, parsed or needs-review status, visible without opening each file.
Before you buy.
Is there a storage limit?
Your plan's included credits cover everyday document volume; there's no hard cap on the number of documents you can store.
Who can see a document?
Documents are scoped to your organisation with row-level isolation — only people you've added to your organisation, or a matter/engagement it's filed under, can open it.
Does uploading cost anything?
Uploading is free. AI parsing is the metered part: an everyday single-document parse just runs; a larger or bulk job asks you to approve the cost before it starts, so you're never charged for something you didn't expect.
Can I import from Dropbox or Google Drive?
Yes — both are supported today; more providers are planned.
Can I get a document back out again?
Yes — every document can be downloaded in its original format at any time; nothing is locked into Vault.
