Tracker & Timesheets · betaBeta — Open beta — join the waitlist, we open seats in batches

Projects, tasks and billable time tracking, on one board .

Run client work as boards and tasks, track time against the job it belongs to, and turn approved hours into an invoice line without re-typing them. One module covers what used to need a project tool and a separate timesheet app.

HOW IT WORKS

From connected to filed, in four moves.

01

Set up a board

Projects and recurring work — VAT quarters, year-ends, a client matter — each get a board of tasks.

02

Track time against the task

Start a timer or log hours after the fact, against the client and job they belong to.

03

See what's outstanding

A calendar view shows the week's time at a glance; an approval step catches anything before it's billed.

04

Invoice straight from the log

Turn approved time into an invoice line without re-typing a single hour.

OBJECTIONS

Before you buy.

Is this two products or one?

One. Tasks, projects and time tracking live on the same board — there's no separate timesheets app to keep in sync.

Can I track time without starting a live timer?

Yes — log time after the fact against the client and task it belongs to; both a live timer and manual entry are supported.

Does logged time need approval before it's billed?

You can turn on an approval step so a manager reviews time before it reaches an invoice — or skip it if you don't need that step.

How does time become an invoice?

Approved hours against a client convert straight into invoice lines at that client's agreed rate — no manual re-entry.

Do I need a separate seat for every board?

No — one front-office seat covers boards, time tracking and the pipeline; extra seats beyond the one included in your plan are the front-office module.
