These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your relationship with ac-co.ai services ('Service') operated by ACCO-AI LTD ('us', 'we', or 'our'). ac-co.ai provides AI-powered accounting and VAT services for tax professionals and businesses. While we employ advanced technology to ensure accuracy, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all submissions to HMRC and other regulatory bodies.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription(s)'). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen Billing Cycle. Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless cancelled. A valid payment method is required, and you authorize ACCO-AI LTD to charge all Subscription fees to your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees with reasonable prior notice.

• Protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements
• Use the Service only for legitimate business and accounting purposes
• Take responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ACCO-AI LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCO-AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a notice that the Terms have been updated. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
