Every channel your customers use, one conversation — plus an AI receptionist.
Nexus brings WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email and web chat into a single shared inbox, answers and routes calls with an AI receptionist, and tracks every contact through a pipeline — so nobody on your team is switching between five apps to talk to one person.
From connected to filed, in four moves.
Everything this plan files, keeps and tells you.
Files for you
Nexus is the front office; the filing modules do the filing.
- Nothing — Nexus is the front office, not a filing productIt hands finished work to Books, Legal and Practice OS, which do the filing.
Keeps for you
Every channel in one thread per contact.
- One conversation record per contactWhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email and web chat land in the same thread.
- One card per client, across every channelConversations, invoices, filings and matters sit on the same client record instead of five separate systems.
Tells you
Where each conversation has got to.
- Who hasn't been replied toA pipeline view of every open conversation and its stage, not a spreadsheet on the side.
- An AI summary and sentiment on every callRead a call's key points and sentiment instead of re-listening to the recording.

Before you buy.
Does this replace my phone number?
It can — the AI receptionist answers and routes calls to a number you connect — or it can sit alongside your existing number and just log what comes through it. Your choice.
What happens to my existing email threads?
Connect the inbox and its history comes with it — nothing is deleted or hidden, and past threads are searchable alongside new ones from day one.
Is it priced per seat or per conversation?
Per seat. One seat is included in every paid plan; extra seats are the front-office module, billed per seat per month, however many conversations that seat handles.
Is a call recording covered by GDPR?
Yes — call recordings and transcripts are personal data like any other message in the thread, held under the same organisation-scoped access and retention rules as your email and chat history.
Can my clients see the inbox?
No — clients only see what you choose to share with them (a portal message, for example); the shared inbox itself is internal to your team.
Does Nexus replace our phone-answering service entirely?
The AI receptionist answers and logs calls, and every call gets an AI-written summary and sentiment score — but today's automation is a small, fixed set of behaviours, not a configurable rules engine you build yourself.
Is there a mobile app for the inbox?
Not yet — Nexus is a web product today, so the shared inbox, pipeline and calendar all run in the browser rather than a dedicated iOS or Android app.
